<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">DENVER -- Denver Nuggets center Marcus Camby was cleared Tuesday to play after missing 14 games with a broken finger.

Camby's status was day-to-day, and the Nuggets will decide at game time Wednesday whether he will play when the Nuggets face the Trail Blazers in Portland.

Coach George Karl has said he expected Camby to play about 25 minutes a game once he returned.

Camby was having the best season of his career -- leading the NBA in rebounding with 12.9 per game and averaging 16.3 points and 3.12 blocks -- when he broke his right pinkie on Dec. 26 at Golden State.

He played six minutes in a loss to Philadelphia the next day before undergoing surgery that week.

Injuries have plagued the Nuggets all season, starting in the opener when they lost power forward Nene for the year with torn ligaments in his knee. Kenyon Martin, Earl Boykins and Greg Buckner also have missed time.</div>

My new nickname for Camby is Mr. Glass. I bet he gets injured again before the All-star break.

If Camby can indeed stay healthy, the Nuggets are a very dangerous team. They already beat the Spurs in San Antonio which hardly any teams ever do. This team has won sixth straight, and I think they are going to stay hot.

He missed tonight's game with a shoulder injury. What do you know? [IMG]
