    <font color=""Red"">Keys To The Game:</font>

Good Start: The Raptors havent been comming out strong against teams in the 1st half they have to come out strong if they have any hope of winning this game. Dont let the Bucks get a big lead early the Raptors will get blown out again.

Defence: The Raptors have to keep the Bucks under 100 points. They cant let another player get a career high against them. First Kobe got 81 and then Duhon with 26 you cant let anyone get open look they have to contest every shot.

Good Shots: The Raptors have a great offence they have to get good looks and share the ball the are averagin almost 100 points per game. The Raptors will need contributions from everybody if they are going to steal a game in Milwaukee.
    ------------------------------------------

    <font color=""Teal"">Game X-Factor:</font>

When Sow was called up Sam said he had no minutes for him but Sow worked at it and earned himself a starting job he if gonna have to bring that intensity he has on D on the offence end as well and get rebounds.

    <font color=""Purple"">Prediction:</font>
The Day After Babcock gets fired. This is a tough game to predict so I wont give one its how will be how the Raptors come out after there GM gets fired.

^no need to sugar coat things, our future consists of only one star and one possible star (Charlie). And now there's reason to believe that our one superstar doesn't even want to be a part of our future.

That was a beating if I've even seen one. Bosh really hasn't been playing well lately, I think this he's getting worn down. He hasn't gotten over 8 rebounds in the last 4 games.

Pape had some hustle, but didn't put up very impressive numbers today, but still > Araujo.

Their's nothing to really say, even Mike James played bad...

Bosh's rebounding is really concerning me. He has gone from over 10 RPG to 9.0 RPG. He is really wearing down.

I think getting just 32 minutes last night could be a blessing in disguise for us. As I've said in another thread, it seems that with the constant 40+ minute games he's been having, he's less willing to blow by his defender, settling for the outside J instead, and also not boxing out as strongly as the first month of the season. Last night could have been the rest he needed.

One thing I noticed last night-Charlie Villanueva. He's been putting up some solid scoring numbers (though he's pretty streaky), and I've been hearing some talk about him being a rookie of the year candidate. I don't see it. He's got some real nice offensive skills, but his rebounding and defense are simply attrocious. If the Raptors are going to build a future of Villanueva and Bosh playing the 4 and 5, Villanueva is going to improve like crazy defensively, or Bosh will be doing all the dirty work by himself, which is going to really drag him down on the other end. This team, in my opinion, really needs a legit center badly, because all of Villanueva's life people have noticed how bad he is on defense, and if he's going to be a part of the Raptors' future, they're going to need to find someone to give Bosh some help on the glass and against other scorers, or he's simply going to wear down. Villanueva just doesn't seem like a guy capable of being that type of player.

Nah, I've seen him a few times before, and a lot more in college, too (I'm a college fan first and foremost, after all [IMG] ). Has he been better in other games that I haven't seen? What's your take on him? Maybe I've only noticed/seen the bad [IMG] [IMG]

The Miluawkee game was not one of his better games.
I do agree with you that his defensive game is horrendous, however, I do like what I saw from Charlie so far. Obviously, there are negatives and positives, but the pluses outshine the minuses.

    Positives:

    - Goes hard after the offensive glass.
    - Very talented offensively. Can get inside and can take it outside.
    - Already has a couple of go-to moves.
    - Great passer (since his Huskie days).
    - Great complementary player to Chris.
    - Seems to be a straight-headed kid. Good learner and likes to be coached.
    - Never takes critisism personally if coming from his coaches or teammates.
    - Athletic.
    - Verstile.

    Negatives:

    - Defence.
    - Lacks mental toughness.
    - Can he be a starter on a championship caliber team?
    - Would he have performed well if it weren't for Stephen A. Smith?
    - Gets too high after great games, and gets too low after bad games. The kid has no emotional balance.
    - Needs to do better job boxing out and not just rebound off his athletisism.

That's my assessment of Charlie in the first 44 games of the season.
