I welcome you to the Mavs forum, It'd be great to get Utah's fans point of view. Would you agree that your weak spot is offense, ranking 3rd last in PPG, FG% and last in 3PT%. I believe if Dallas can capitalise on that, then they have a good chance of winning. Unfortunately for Dallas, Utah has Andrei Kirilenko and Mehmet Okur, two guys who match up with Dirk Nowitzki very well. They have speed and skills that are rarely found in players their size (in Andrei it's defense and Mehmet it's offense)
Here's an ugly stat that says everything, 44-18 DAL points in the paint. Okur logged 40+ minutes and Collins had 30+, then Humphries played for 6 minutes, that means we had 14 minutes when AK or one of the guards was playing post, OUCH! Not having Tag, Boozer, Harpring, or Whaley hurt today....
