Their defense is what's killing them. Carter was great last night, Jefferson was phenomenal, but it still wasn't enough. The Nets were lazy on transition D, couldn't communicate, and led to easy baskets in the paint and behind the arc. Their defense was plain unacceptable, and Frank needs to get that in their heads.
Slump. It's that simple. The Sixers went throught it on their West coast swing and the Nets just did the same. Don't worry if the Sixers could get it together no reason why the Nets trio can't.
