To be honest, I don`t think one player of that Fab Five couldn`t care less about playing on the All-Star team. It is deserved though to one of the players.
I don't know about Rip making it. The East is loaded with guards and sure Rip is a great player, but I just don't think he deserves it over guys like Jason Kidd, Paul Pierce, Billups, Arenas. I doubt they would have more than 4 guards on the reaserve. And even then I'm sure theres someone I'm forgetting more worthy than Hamilton. IMO the Piston that truly deserves it is SHeed. He is soo underrated it's not even funny. His rebounding is overshadowed by the otheR Wallace, he has a 3 point shot being a 7 Footer, he is IMO the best defensive PF in the league next to Tim Duncan. He is the leader on the floor. Pistons went nowhere without him. I think Sheed and Billups are the ones who deserve to go though. Ben probably also because truly noone else other than Shaq is more worthy.

there are guys on bad teams who have better stats but it is time to reward guys on great teams with very good stats It will be a crime If Billups Ben Rip don't all make It. The Pistons will have anywhere from 40-44 games most likely come ASG time. It's time for the leafue to give the Pistons the credit they deserve. anyone who actually watches the Pistons knows Rip is very deserving.
