i watched the game today against the rockets, and there werent a lot of ball movements, nobody cuts and nobody tries to get open, all the guards just pass the ball at the perimeter first then gets the ball back and either shoot(then misses) or drive(then misses)... i think this needs to be fixed, ray allen just takes the ball and never even thought about passing it back to anybody else, its a good thing hes a excellent shooter, flip murray? big time ball hog! im a sonics fan but watching them play like this bothers me...
Last year, Seattle was last in the league in Assist/FGM ratio. Bottom five teams last year: Atlanta: 54.86% assisted Washington: 52.70% assisted Dallas: 52.65% assisted Orlando: 52.18% Seattle: 51.58% This season, Seattle's percentage is actually higher (53.47%) and they're now 7th worst in the league. Dallas, by far, has the lowest assist/fgm ratio this season, at 49.03%, and yet they're the second best offensive team in the league in terms of points scored poer possession. Seattle is third best. Maybe this isn't really that big a problem for them, in general. Incidentally, Detroit is the best offensive team, and they also lead the league in Assist/FGM ratio.
agh! are we trying to get the most losing streaks for the best picks this summer or what? i don't know what wrong defensively..probably everything.
