This has to be one of the worst efforts in one quarter ever. Last night the Kings went to Utah and into the 4th quarter with a 12 point lead and ended up losing by 10 thanks to a 4th quarter effort in which they were outscored 34-12 and went 0-20 from the field. Didnt make a single shot!!! Wow. Few teams have more talent than SAC and yet theyre way below .500 and cant manage to hit a single shot in the 4th quarter of a game they should win and need to win.
Yeah, I couldn't believe the stat either when I read about this morning. Also Artest hurt his hip in the game. Utah is a tough defensive team, but not scoring a single field goal in a quarter is inexcusable.
Ron Artest should be givin the ball more. He's the leader and Bibby needs to realize that. I guarentee you if we fed Artest the ball next to Kirelenko he would have drawn fouls. Rick Adleman needs to change his gameplan up and use Artest more.
