While the Spurs are on the long rodeo road trip, the Mavs have 13 of the next 15 at home. The Spurs usually take their game to the next level during this trip, but hopefully it'll be different this year and they lose a few here and there. Its really important the Mavs take advantage of this favorable schedule to help their chances to win the Midwest division title..

The Mavs now just have to beat Kobe, Shaq, Carmelo and Marbury to beat the franchise record longest winning streak of 14 set in 2002 when we opened 14-0.

Avery Johnson's a heck of a coach. Did y'all know he had just reached 50 wins faster than anyone in NBA history?

Wow!!! The Mavs are really hot going into the AS break, I hope they keep it up after the ASG.

 

Yeah I hope no flukes happen to the team after AS break, but this team just has to keep it up.

I've been watching the Mavs they should take over as the number one seed but, the lost to the Lakers twice not to mention Kobe's 61 on them.

 

I think the next game against the Lakers will be the real test to judge this Mavs team whether they're a real contender or not. The Lakers for sure will be ready for the game to snap their losing streak. The question is how will the Mavs respond.
