I don't believe anything that comes out of Peter Vescey's mouth, so I'll wait until it is official.

Orlando Needs to trade Steve for an UNSELFISH, PASS FIRST point guard.. maybe just trade him for anybody and let Jameer and Dooling take the PG reins

This trade is a Stretch for EVERY team involved....

Orlando gets a youngin and two expiring contracts for Francis...

Nuggets get a shooting PG when they need a Shooting SHOOTING GAURD

Seattle comes away the best off by filling an actual need in PG Earl Watson but this is still a weird deal.

Denver getting Francis??? George Karl some how needs to make Steve Francis a pass first pg. This is Melo's team, if Francis comes he would try to make it his team and theres gonna be some problems between the 2.

what are y'all smoking that deal is good for orlando. i'm not sure seattle comes out on top at all.
as for denver, steve francis and andre miller are your point guards god help you. you have 2 talented but "loser" point guards in the same starting spot.

That wouldn't work out, money wise, would it?

Unless my info is out of date, Nene is still on his RC and E-Dub only makes about $6M.
Even together that's only $8.3M, far less than Francis' $15M odd.

Yeah I doubt that would work out under the cap.

If it did I'd be stoked however, as the Sonics come out of it twice as good as anyone else (taking into account the 'Steve Francis is a cancer' theory).
