Looks like someone has a bit too much free time with photoshop... Remember, a moving picture should say it all -- if it is really funny, you shouldn't need to attach an explanitory quote. That's like me saying the following: "Oh here's a really funny quote: What if Baron Davis told Mike Dunleavy: "Mike, you need to start making your shots when I pass it to you, otherwise I won't make the all-star team!" Is that funny to you? I hope not. Why? Because, well, humor should speak for itself. It's like me posting a picture of Adonal Foyle and attaching a caption that says "I suck at catching the ball." A more affective approach would be to post a picture of Adonal Foyle fumbling an easy pass. You see, that would be funny, especially given the irony of the situation and given the deeply-felt remorse this fan-base here on JBBall has in regards to his signing a long-term deal, given the state of Adonal Foyle's fingertips when it comes to securing a pass successfully. The picture itself would make us laugh, not the attached commentary.
Definitely not funny. Sorry but I agree that funny photos should not need to be doctored or altered just misfortunate incidents that get caught on camera.

I dunno." <--- Adonal's favorite digit with which to try to secure a pass. <--- Adonal playing volleball with himself in the paint <--- "Baron, I'm open!!" <--- "Did it go through my legs again? Hey! Come back here ball!"

Hit those free throws!" <-- "Box out! Get the rebounds! Play some %#@ defense! Stop attempting threes!" <-- "We lost!" <-- "We won!" <-- "We lost again!" <-- "Well, we didn't make the playoffs. There's always next year."

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting AlleyOop:</div><div class="quote_post">OMG -- you're borderline apporaching having to ban yourself. </div> But it's true, this small lineup has us bent over more times than not. Everytime we go small thinking that a really "good" perimeter offense will bail us out in 4th quarters (especially with the Fish on our roster at shooting guard) we end up giving more lay-ins to the other team, blocking fouls, settling for threes, and not getting those rebounds. We really don't have many size options inside except to go to the rookies or Foyle and that's frustrating. I'm not saying the rookies could do it any better, but ah who am I kidding... they probably could do it better when it comes to Murphy and Dunleavy and their defense presence guarding power forwards and centers and other guys penetrating the lane. Our perimeter offense isn't that good especially against the predictable zone defense that always comes up against us. And the team just plays so moronic how they just stand there and wait for Baron to do something or they jack threes without passing. If our offense isn't that good, might as well balance it out with some good defensive players that can protect the bucket and save a few lay-ins. Of course, I don't mean Foyle. We've seen how that guy can almost give games away when he's got the ball or he's being too over-aggressive. So I guess, we've no option but to put in Biedrins or Zarko who are probably more damaging to the team in other ways. I don't know if the team chemistry takes this long to develop, but it seems like certain guys on our roster are uncoachable or there is a mutiny going on.

And some things that you think would be fundamental, are, for whatever reason, mysterious and elusive to certain Warrior players. Like how to handle a pick-n-roll, how to switch on a screen, how to set a screen, how to make a f*uckin bounce pass... goddamn this team aggravates me. But they'll still go 18-8 to close out March.

I think we need to analyze all these things to really understand that the team play and the players we have, just don't play well together at times and they've been together longer than most. But what can you do? Foyle and Fish with those long contracts are probably the worst things to happen to this franchise when they're not playing their roles very well or are trying to go outside their boundaries. (and this is the team that often needs them to go outside their boundaries). Dunleavy off the bench is probably what we didn't want to see in terms of spending on an expensive Duke role player, but at least the mindset to move the ball is there. I like Dunleavy for at least doing that. Even though he's struggled, he's had a legit reason to speak up about the team's lack of ball movement, spacing, overdribbling, and lack of team play/skill. Of course nobody likes complainers and people mouthing off about the only team's all-star and difference maker, Baron Davis, when Dunleavy hasn't done jack this year. This just came to mind, but I think we played better when Zarko played backup forward/center. I don't see what the big deal is with Dunleavy, when you've got 6'11 athletic Dunleavy right there. When Zarko shot 50-60% for an entire month of games, we couldn't stop winning until he got hurt with some skin rash... I believe this was true that we played some of our best basketball when we got more guys in there that know basketball and can pass and drive on the break. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong if they don't think Zarko was one of the reasons we saw some stellar play last season. He's kind of like Clif Robinson without the D, he can score when necessary, pass the ball well, he's not the best rebounder, but he can alter shots and play some okay D when he's not getting bumped. Also, he can handle the ball almost as well as Mike Dunleavy (just not all that left-right-left low dribble crossover, behind the back stuff that MDJ does). When was the last time we also had a forward that shot above 46%?
