Awesome ball, fellas, awesome ball. [IMG] Dunleavy's playing pretty good off the bench. I like. Andris Biedrins has 6 blocks. Wow.

Wow, even better start in the 4th!

Dunleavy is playing great. Where is Monta Ellis on Boykins!?

Well, of course the Warriors didn't think Denver would roll over. The thing that built the lead was intense defense, something that cannot always be maintained for extended minutes. Thus, IMO the Warriors need to slow it down -- not play to protect the lead but play to limit possessions.

Getting a bit scary now. Eight point lead only.

Looks like Kleiza vs Fish right now. Haha.

Huge 6 pts by Fisher. Warriors are up by 8 pts with 47 sec left...

That was a dumb turnover by Richardson. 5 point game differential now.

Let's hope the Warriors can play the free throw game because if they can't, they're hopeless.

    Pietrus 5-9 FG, 3-3 FT for 16 pts, 6 reb, 3 assists, 2 stls in 31 mins
Dunleavy 7-18 FG, 1-1 FT for 17 pts, 8 reb, 4 assists in 34 mins

Pietrus sure is efficient in getting as many points out of each shot. Dunleavy has played better coming off the bench as well. Seems Pietrus produces more starting and Dunleavy produces more off the bench. Imagine if Pietrus took as many shots as Dunleavy lol.

Biedrins has definately outplayed Foyle past few games. 2 pts, 6 reb, 6 BLOCKS, in 17 mins. Is it just me or does Foyle seem really old now.

Wow, how good is Biedrins? He turned the game around. Biedrins defense and Pietrus' offense is what turned things around. Big players there.

And how Mike Montgomery almost gave that game away. That was a terrible lineup at the end of the game. He turned away from the interior defense that they were riding on, and went with that stupid lineup with Dunleavy as the 4 and Murphy at the 5. I absolutely hate that lineup. Put some big men in there like Biedrins or even Diogu. It would slow down the offense by giving a post option besides just having mostly 5 perimeter threats. It would also help defensively against the mostly slashing Denver team and also on the boards. Absolutely terrible.

And I agree why not put Monta on Boykins?

Well the Warriors won, and that's the most important thing for the meantime. But it was scarey bad, how Montgomery almost blew the game. He seemed to have gone away from what was doing so well last week, until the third quarter. And then he again went away from what was winning in the third and early fourth quarter and then put that small lineup in. I don't understand it. I know I sound like a hater, but I expect smarter decisions, especially for someone from Stanford.

Monty has a hard time shaking habits.. putting Monta on Boykins seemed obvious,as did getting Biedrens back in when the Nugs started closing the gap.

must play Fish must play fish someone needs to be deprogrammed.

Well they pulled it off. Great win. That run was amazing. What was fueling it? Some Biedris defense and more importantly, some Dunleavy D on Anthony lulling him into jacking jumpers. Great mind games.

Dunleavy took Najera off the dribble, he's got to do that more often.

Almost blew it, jikes. How can they stop fouling? Let Andre Miller shoot jumpers play way off.

Pietrus is definitely an energizer but he's got to learn to play the game. Get an offensive rebound with less than 2 mins up 8? Take it out and run clock. Ugh. Oh well just one error; kind of like JRich turning it over at the end. Fisher is many things but at least he hustles to get the foul call at the end, great hustle.

Good defense leads to transition run-n-gun basketball. That was so entertaining. Hopefully Biedrins can stay out of foul trouble all year.

Glad Monty decided to actually try to win and play Beans. Foyle, what a joke. Missed the dunk and couldn't keep up with Camby so save his life. Fisher redeemed his sorry self by luckily making all those shots. 3 out of ten times, he won't. Fouling Boykins and ruining the tempo were retarded.

Beans awesome, Pietrus needs work but awesome, Dunleavy was good and even Murphy was good. He took the ball inside more and actually cut to the bucket. wow....

Murphy has a pretty special run going. Since the game with the clips when we sucked bad and Murph had just 2 boards,he's been a terror,he has since matched up with the best of the west and I'd say won every matchup, being ahead in scoring, boards or both while playing better D...BY FAR than he ever has.[IMG] don't know why but it works, like around 18ppg,15 boards since? That includes games vs Duncan,Dirk and KG,regular MVP contenders.

Murphy may just be the most valuable piece the Warriors have right now. Hard to believe but based on his recent performance, its awesome.

Thinking more, so what if he's a jump shooter? His points are not coming in garbage time, they are coming when they mean something and against the best in the league.

    His rebounding is fantastic.

If Murphy can continue to play like this, there is no reason to trade for a "big man." Couple that sentiment with Biedrins' overall performance in the same time span of Murphy's resurrection, the W's are in relatively good shape.
