<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">His thighs are shrink-wrapped more securely than a new DVD at Wal-Mart, and so far, all that packaging is paying off. Now, the packaging of Carlos Boozer, valuable basketball player, can begin in earnest.
Boozer played basketball, real basketball, for the first time since October on Wednesday, and though it was only four minutes of a full-court scrimmage with his teammates, it represents the first real step forward in his condition since he first felt pain in his left hamstring. In other words: no tweaks.
"My leg feels really good. It's felt the best to me since I pulled it," Boozer said after a one-hour practice full of conditioning drills and running, playbook refreshers, some halfcourt run-throughs, and finally, his first competition since he strained the hamstring Oct. 8. "To be honest, I wasn't hesitant or worried about it. I warmed up really well, I did things at a little slower pace [in warmups], but once I was out there, I felt great."</div>

Careful Carlos, don't break a nail, or you might have to sit out another 2 weeks.

Good, now we can see what kind of team Utah is with a healthy Boozer...

Emplay made a note in his recent article that Ronny Turaif has made a faster return back to playing basketball after having open heart surgery.

Boozer played 6 minutes in his 1st game, and 12 in his second. Utah have one game left before the All-Star break, it'll be interesting to see how many minutes Boozer gets after the break.
