<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Call it what you want, but mediocre is exactly what you are when you spend one week after another vacillating in .500 territory, wondering why you can't get it together. With the NBA's all-star festivities rapidly approaching - along with a trading deadline itching for the Sixers to do something, anything - Webber has to be at the core of anyone's evaluation when it comes to this team.

"I'll admit it: I'm not happy," Webber said a few weeks back. "Rather, I could be happier. I say it like that because I don't want anyone thinking I'm unhappy with any one player, the coach, or anything like that. I just know that whatever I'm doing, I can do more. Much more. I know what I'm capable of.

"Everyone's so quick to point to all these weapons I had in Sacramento," he said, citing Peja Stojakovic, Vlade Divac, Mike Bibby "and so many others guys I played with. Supposedly, we had all these weapons. But what people don't realize is that the guys I fed the ball to, for the most part, were Peja and Bibby. They did their thing and all of us flourished because of it. I can do the same thing here if..."</div>

I'd be unhappy with Mo too, to know that I have a project Gilbert Arenas (Louis Williams) stuck on the bench.

OK, honestly, I'm tired of hearing this! Please, please, pretty please! If you are going to continue mentioning this, atleast give me the "tools" that he possesses that will make him similar to Gilbert Arenas! And uh, in case you didn't know, the entire point of him being on the squad right now instead of the D-League is because Mo wants him to observe and learn this year. You cannot expect Louis to get playing time behind Iverson and Ollie.

Anyway, back to the original topic. I read that article, and it sounds like Webber is unhappy with Allen more than he is with Cheeks. But Chris also has to realize that Allen makes his life easier! I agree that the offense needs to be run through CWebb more often, but then Chris needs to take AI aside, sit down with him and tell him these things face to face.

I agree, Chris telling this to the media isn't going to help the 76ers any. He needs to tell the people he is unhappy with that he is unhappy with them, so they can work it out. Keeping his feelings sealed up from the team, and maybe even AI in particular will just hurt the Sixers more than help then.

I don`t. After the AS break, I think we`ll pick it up. Either they need to regroup and make some trades, or go do some hardcore paintballing.

thats a big thing. if we dont make any changes, i see this team not even making the playoffs. the deadline is feb. 23 i believe, and if BK doesnt make any changes, we should fire him

He should have been fired long ago, in my opinion.

I don't see us making any major deals before the deadline, nor do I see us improving enough to where we would make any noise in the playoffs.
