10 and 10 in 20 minutes tonight against Chris Kaman.

Surely it's time to at least try him in the starting lineup, or at the very least give him consistent minutes for a week or two.

    THANK YOU!

I never understood why the Grizzlies insist on benching Tsakalidis. Not only did West throw all that money at him, but he's also a giant of a man, someone who rivals Shaq in size, and that alone provides a huge advantage on defense. He's a little uncoordinated, but he's shown that he can run the court extremely well for a guy his size. I remember in the preseason he was the one player who really stood out to me, and then once the season started up, Fratello stuck him on the end of the bench. Why would you not at least experiment giving him 30-40 minutes a few nights when we're looking for rebounding?

If he's not in the starting lineup come the next game something is seriously wrong.

We all know he's limited, but he's got size, he's capable of getting to the basket and he's capable of rebounding the ball (unlike most of our roster).

Wouldn't mind Mr. Roberts back on the active roster too.

Still no sign of Big Jake today.

    Unless he's suddenly injured, it's a disgrace.

It is a disgrace. Everyone is blind to Tsakalidis' value. The fans usually treat him like a big joke at games, almost like a "human victory cigar" ala Darko. You'd think that Fratello would figure out a way to incorporate him into the Grizzlies' game plan.

Another non-appearance in the first half today.

I guess the silver lining is that Hakim has picked up some nice minutes, hit a few shots, grabbed a few boards and actually only turned it over once.

Today Jake was the first guy off the bench, despite Lorenzon Wright actually having an impact for the first time in months (6 and 5 in the first quarter).

    I so don't get it.

Jake's got all four of our points so far tonight (we are a pathetic 2-10 against NY of all teams), as well as a couple of boards.

Now watch him get benched for the rest of the game.
