If anyone saw PTI this week, you would have seen this question on the "toss up" segment. When I first saw this question, I thought it was a no brainer, but Michael Wilbon picked Wade. He said "there isn't anything the Lebron can do that Wade can't." He also mentioned that Wade single handedly led his team deep into the playoffs, while LBJ hasen't. While all of this may be true, I'd still take LBJ. He is a Triple double threat every game, and I don't think Wade can do that. He is also a better rebounder, blocker, and defender the DWade is. He is also bigger, and I believe more valuable because smaller guards who can score are always in more abundance in the NBA then a larger guy who can do everything. I love wade, and i think he is a great talent...but I would in no way take him over LBJ. I would even go as far as to say I wouldn't take him over Chris Bosh. Bosh is the closest think to a KG clone we have seen....well ever. And I think a PF who can shoot, put the ball on the floor and finish, and play d and rebound, is worth more than a clutch guard. SORRY.....
Something LeBron can do that Wade can't: shoot 3s. As for Bosh over Wade ... I can't figure that out. I haven't seen nearly as much of Bosh, of course, but it seems to me that he isn't a great defensive player like Garnett is, and not nearly as good a rebounder or passer either. They both have roughly the same scoring ability, but that's about it.
triple double's don't win games... clutch players do... that's why kobe is so good even if he is having a bad game is coz he can knock down the shots that count... maybe LBJ would develop to a clutch player in a couple of years but not right now... as for wade or LBJ i'd pick KOBE haha... then i'd pick wade it's like Kobe = Wade (coz they both have or had shaq) and T-Mac = LBJ coz they're both bigger than kobe and wade hahaha

Bosh has good courtvision, but he's never going to put up big assist numbers. Maybe 3.5-4 APG at the most, but he has improved as a passer. Third year comparison, theirs no doubt that Bosh is the more polished offensive player than Garnett was.

Garnett has never been great at that. I don't know if Bosh has the length and reach to become as big a factor as Garnett on the defensive end.

It would also help if Mitchell knew how to coach defense.
