We just need a big winstreak, and we're back in the thick of it. Let's. Go. Rockets.</div> If this season mounts to a championship, then this season is worth risking T-Mac's back. But if he did get us into the playoffs and we go on a major run (never going to happen in my eyes) I don't think he would have enough left to even get out of the first round. OK NVM, If he got past the second round, and into the WCF...then this season is worth trying to save (I know we don't know if this is possible), so the other question is can we beat SA or Dallas in a 7 game series to get past the first round? I think tanking the rest of the season, getting a high draft pick, making a couple of good off season trades/acquisations then we will definately be ready to make a championship run.
I have read in many basketball boards that their are rumors of why T-Mac is upset. The rumors are that his wife cheated on him with another man. I don't know if it is true , but that's the rumors.

Anyone can speculate, and I seriously doubt anyone who knows what's going on with TMac would post on the "other boards". We all know it's the health of a family member added on to a couple of other new things, but saying that kind of stuff is just childish.

A scapegoat refers to a person who's given blame, not an excuse. You sound like a bitter Magic fan. I can't blame McGrady for him struggling with personal problems. I've actually heard rumors that his wife cheated on him, as well. Do I believe them? Not likely. Presonally, I think something is wrong health-wise with his wife or one of his children.

Tracy is not making a big deal out of his personal issues, and was not even planning to talk about them at all. It was brought up at one media session, however, that there is something wrong with one of his kids. Tracy?s thoughts have been elsewhere due to an illness of some kind, and I?m sure any one of us would be prone to distraction in the same situation. So while Tracy does love drama, this is not a time when he is trying to draw attention to himself. He's spoken publicly about tragedies relating to deaths of people close to him before.
