All I can say is that this is one of the funniest things ive ever seen. thank you for the laugh. That trade posted above would be huge; giving Kobe his inside presence without giving up Odom.

Ok, more news: Still waiting for confo on that one trade, I'm thinking I was told wrong.

As for McGrady: Rumors are that JVG is in love with Odom, he loves his game and he thinks it's the triangle holding him back. Is he willing to part with Tmac for Odom and fillers? Do not know. What I do know is that Tracy and Jeff don't get a long with each other. Just some info.

At RealGM.com, sources say the Lakers are pushing for Garnett tonight before the deadline tomorrow.

LOL. That Van Dam scene is from Breakin'

The Knicks cannot trade Francis for 72 hours, which would obviously be past the trade deadline, so the Odom-TMac-Francis deal is dead for now. If nothing goes down, maybe these 3 teams can work something out in the summer.

I'm nervous about the Boozer trade, I just can't see PJax accepting an undersized PF on the roster. His health is also a major concern and if he's not healthy you can only imagine his hamstring will act up.

I expect some deals to get done, now that Francis has finally been dealt. Hopefully the dominos fall in place tomorrow.

I'm crossing my fingers the Lakers can land Deron & Boozer if they are going to get anything done with Utah. The Lakers need something to fall back on just in case Boozer's hammy acts up.

boozer is he playing right now or is he just sitting on the bench ???i don´t want someone who is just sitting and watching from the side.garnett or t-mac would be great but i don´t think it will ever happen.
kobe and/or T-mac/Garnett would kill everyone.

personally im really in favor of the K.G. - Odom and George trade...
but if we get boozer for maybe Mihm that would be good coz boozer's playing again... he had around 14-17 pts in today's jazz game

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Turn around and trade either Francis or Stephon Marbury. (Francis can be re-traded immediately as long as he's traded by himself.) I think Marbury's a better player, but perhaps Larry Brown's had enough of him and I'm sure Marbury's had enough of Larry.

Could they move either guy? It wouldn't be easy. Neither is much of a hot commodity now.

But I wonder about the Lakers. Clearly the idea that they were after Francis is coming from somewhere. If they were after Francis, wouldn't Marbury be an even better fit? And, if it's true they are no longer high on Lamar Odom, which is what just about every GM in the league that I talk to believes, then there's a deal there.

    Here's the deal:

Lakers send Odom to New York; Kwame Brown and Smush Parker to Atlanta; and Devean George, Stanislav Medvedenko and Laron Profit to Utah.</div>

i read that on espn.com but i?m no insider [IMG] that?s why i can?t read on maybe on of u guys can post the whole article

but if they get potential back for that??? i would check what i could get in return and pull the trigger on some trades like brown and smush. i like smush but he aint that good.what u guys think about lamar. i´m really confused i only whatched 3 or 4 games ( im from europe no chance 2 whatch more). i really like the way he passes but he hasn´t the killer instinct like a scorer. he´s a softy.if he´s gonna be more aggressive he´ll be a great help

I have to think that Mitch couldn't drive the nail in, again. The deals were on the table, he just can't close them. Buss, IT'S TIME FOR A NEW GM.

I know this sounds odd, but there must be something huge planned for the Lakers if Kupchak hasn't been fired yet. Buss is a competetive owner and wants instant results, you'd think he would of fired Kupchak before this season at the latest. If there is nothing big planned for LA, then why is Buss sticking with Kupchak?

I would love to think that but I'm afraid of getting my hopes crushed by that man again....I say Buss puts up a raffle for Laker fans who go to the next Laker game...whoever wins gets to play GM for a year [IMG]

No deals this deadline, I was hoping we could get our team into the 2nd round.
