Iguodala was on Cold Pizza this morning and talked about the contest. He said everything he had to and said basically he won the contest. He ripped Kenny Smith and said he won't do it again if the rules aren't changed. Anyone else see it?
yeah i saw it too. basically just told them what he thought about nate winning. he said his favorite dunk was actually the one before the dunk off, not the behind the backboard one. pretty interesting.
I dont think its on again. Im on the East Coast so I was watching the rerun on ESPN2. It might be on again for you tho if you live in the midwest.
Haha yeah it seemed Kenny Smith was the one screaming and cheering for Nate the whole time. He nearly leaped over the table when he realized the 2 were entering a dunk off.
Someone on IRC: I think Kenny gave more points to Nate cause Barkley seemed to like Iguodala more or cause Iguodala plays for the Sixers,the team that Barkley played for. Look at Kenny's face before he gives his points for Iggy's last dunk.He has a nine in his hand and then takes 8 and shows it instead of 9. Don't know what to think about it actually
That was running through my mind as well, and I posted that on RealGM last night. If you watch it again, you can tell that there is a possibiliby Kenny did that just to get back at Barkley, because Barkley had been supporting Iguodala all night, and kept saying it was over. Smith kept saying, no it isn't, and then screwed Iguodala himself to make sure he didn't win.
