    My point is simply.

Andre wasn't robbed, I would of loved to seen another dunk off, and Andre deserved that.

But wasn't like Nate's preformance was so terrible that Andre was Rob, both had great preformances, but Nate came on top at the end.

Its simple, no need to stress.

your funny jose. lol. are you kidding? nate’s performance wasn’t terrible. Last I check the judges judge on the last dunk, not on overall performance. the guy took 50 freaking attempts to finally finish the dunk. come on! the dunk was great, yes, but it certainly didnt deserve a 47, which is 3 away from a 50.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting j0se:</div><div class="quote_post">You've said the same thing in your other post, and you have yet to acknowledge my logcial facts

Get off of Andre's nuts, he didn't came hard in the end, his last dunk wasn't that serious like the ones he had before.

Iggy Dala needed two points, one to tie it, and one to beat Nate to win the contest.

Watch the end of the contest, Smith was looking desperately to give his highest score for Iggy Dala, there was alot of symthony, from the beginning to the end.

When I ask for a logical agrument, you are totally unable to present to me how you can prove that Kenny Smith was giving Nate welfare through the scores.

Kenny Smith vocally was behind Nate, but his judging was unbias completely. How can you ignore when Smith gave Nate an 8 and the other judges gave him a 9? Did you forget that?</div>

You know why I said the same thing in my other post? Well, I reposted this because you did not reply to my previous post! And, you still have not replied to the statement in red.

So, I'm on Dre's nuts because I believe he got robbed? So I guess he's a huge pimp then, because the majority of NBA fans agree that he was robbed.

How has my argument not been logical? It's been more logical than yours, but you obviously would not know that being blinded by Nate's "greatness." And, I have also refuted every "logical" argument you have made. If you can't see that, then again, you must work on your reading and comprehension abilities.

Um, about the Kenny Smith part, I suggest you watch the video clip I posted in the other thread, and then get back to me. It is clear that he was behind Nate all the way, and changed his score to force the dunk-off. And, so one time Kenny gave Nate a lower score than all the other judges, and he was not biased towards Nate? Um, that's one out of what, 5 dunks? Please. I suggest you watch the contest again.

Like I've been saying, both guys put on a great performance. Nate won, and there are a lot of people who feel Andre was robbed. Whether you agree with that or not, that is your opinion, and everybody is entitled to their own opinion. You are acting as if I have totally discredited everything Nate did in the contest, and refuse to accept that he was even close to Iguodala. Well, that is not the case. I've given Nate his props, and I still believe Andre was robbed, and I have presented a lot of facts and arguments that support my case. You have yet to provide any valid arguments to support that he wasn't, and all the arugments you have provided I have completely discredited.

Again, everybody has their own opinions, but you seem to be the only one here who refuses to accept the fact that everybody is entitled to their own opinion. So, everybody who does not agree with you that Andre was not robbed, is on Iguodala's nuts? Please... give me a break! [IMG]

The contest is over. Nate won. If you believe he deserved it, that's your opinion. I don't, and that's my opinion. Accept it, or continue presenting your silly, illogical, and pointless arguments to support your case. I'll continue to discredit them. This can go as long as you want it to.

If you want to leave it at the fact that we have differing opinions, I'm all for it. Ultimately, it is up to you, as I've been saying this for a while now. Everybody is entitled to their own opinions, yet you seem to be annoyed with the fact that there are people in the world who don't believe Nate deserved the win. If you can't accept that, that's your problem, and you need to sit down and realize that not everybody in the world will agree with you on everything, and there is nothing you can do about it.

Answer me, clearly, stop beating the dead horse...

How do you get robbed when you needed 2 points to beat your opponent?

You haven't even described on why Iggy's final dunk was more creative than Nate's final, this is why I'm asking logical post from you, not long paragraphs where you "Um, well, you know, this, that, thats the problem"

Say something creative, and thats the simple problem here. Creativity played a huge factor in the dunk contest, and this is what you don't understand at all, and this is what many other people fail to understand too.

BRO, you really have to be retarded at this point, I watch the video over and over, Kenny Smith was about to give Nate a 9 in the first dunk, but he put it down and gave him an eight, while the other judges gave Nate Robinson a 9.....so how do you sound? You don't sound logical at all...when I read your post, I get zero sense out of what you're saying cause its nothing based on the events that happend.

Do you see me crying all day that Nate got robbed of the score? It happend to Nate too, stop crying about it, let it go.

Theres a huge difference to having an opinion. I respect everyone's opinion.

But if you are totally unable to defend your opinion with a logical explanation, describing the events that happends, and defending it a simply messege and understanding.

You have presented no facts this thread.

This is all you have said, in every paragraph you've written.

    Andre was robbed.

Listen, shut up...lol thats mad played out now you're sounding corny, not only non creative, but repeating yourself over and over makes you sound funny and corny.

-Nate is 5"7, he went up in a competition against long wing players, who are usually the elite dunkers (Jordan, Hakeem)
    -Nate has small hands
-Nate has no wingspan and short arms
-Nate has short legs, stumpy with alot of muscle, built to play football, not basketball
-Nate came to the contest with the most creativity
-Nate's dunks varied by far than any dunker in the contest.
-Nate's first dunk was underrated, he glided threw the hair and did it smoothly
-Nate's 2nd dunk stole the show, not only he brought out one of the most ledgendary dunk contest winners, Spudd Wedd, the power of his dunk he displayed, and while at the same time he had the hang time to jump over him is amazing. You never probably played basketball in your life to understand this, but trust me its something thats so physically impossible and insane, only Nate Robinson can preform. He's not a finnese dunker, he's very powerful and explosive. Combine that with his creativity and you got a dunk champion
-Nate's last dunk had the most difficulty, the reason why he got the advantage cause Iggy Dala couldn't come up something better than his previous dunk, and thats why he didn't deserve to win, do you understand? Its simple
-Nate started his dunk from the half court, starting it off with a combo of a creative pass OFF the back board, combined with a creative powerful/explosive dunk. Please, no one reached that difficult level of a dunk in the contest, and Nate is a 5"7 pudgy guard, while the other guys are long wings...so how do you sound?

Bring back some logic, don't waste time with long post that just states "Andre was robbed" Stop crying with that, and come back with something new, other wise, you're just trolling the board with repetive stuff.

I'll tell you what man. Write down a list of questions you want to ask me, and post them here. I will answer them one by one, and then I will do the same and ask you questions. Otherwise this will go on forever. That is the easiest way to clarify our positions. That way we do not have to continue saying we are both beating around the bushes.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting j0se:</div><div class="quote_post">How do you get robbed when you needed 2 points to beat your opponent?</div>

That is not what you or I said. You said that if he lost by one point, you would agree that he was robbed. Did he not lose by one point? Yes he did. Thank you very much, you're argument there is gone.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">You haven't even described on why Iggy's final dunk was more creative than Nate's final, this is why I'm asking logical post from you, not long paragraphs where you "Um, well, you know, this, that, thats the problem"

Here is the point: Re-read all of my posts concerning this, and you will see that I never said Iguodala's final dunk was more creative than Nate's dunk. I simply asked you to explain to me why you feel Nate's dunk was more "creative" than Iguodala's. You said Nate's dunk is out of a video game, while Iggy's, everybody does on NYC playgrounds, correct? Well, last time I checked it isn't that hard to do a windmill off the glass, but then again you wouldn't know because you probably have 0 athletic ability. Now, when you answer my question, then talk to me. Don't ask me to back up something I did not say in the first place.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">BRO, you really have to be retarded at this point, I watch the video over and over, Kenny Smith was about to give Nate a 9 in the first dunk, but he put it down and gave him an eight, while the other judges gave Nate Robinson a 9.....so how do you sound? Honestly, YOU are the one who must be retarded. I was not talking about the first dunk. I was talking about Iguodala's final dunk in "regulation," where Kenny deliberately forced it into a dunk-off. Again, please READ before you post a response, otherwise it makes you sound stupid. And, maybe the reason why you got zero sense out of any of my posts is because you have a problem with reading and comprehending. I guess everybody else must have the problem, in your eyes, because everybody else can clearly see the logic in my posts, even if they don't agree with me.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Do you see me crying all day that Nate got robbed of the score? It happend to Nate too, stop crying about it, let it go.

Wait, can we take a little poll here? Who here thinks I have not backed up my arguments with logical statements? Irregardless of whether you agree with me or not, just answer that question people, and show this kid how stupid he sounds. Again, I have defended all my opinions with logical explanations. It is not my fault if that tiny brain of yours has problems comprehending it. With every time you post, it makes you sound even more stupid.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">You have presented no facts this thread.

I have presented no facts?! Holy crap, somebody needs to go back to grade school and learn how to read and comprehend again! Jeez, I really don't know how you passed any english classes if you do not understand how to read, comprehend, and do not know what logical statements, explanations, and facts are. Seriously... ask ANYBODY to read my arguments from beginning to end, and they will be able to see how logical my statements, rebuttals, and everything are... well, everybody except for you apparently.

And why does it sound like I keep saying Andre was robbed? Because at this point I am not saying that anymore. I am refuting and discrediting everything you are saying, yet you do not get that, and are apparently getting very, very frustrated since you have began to use insults. That is the first sign of losing a debate.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">-Nate is 5"7, he went up in a competition against long wing players, who are usually the elite dunkers (Jordan, Hakeem)

-Nate has short legs, stumpy with alot of muscle, built to play football, not basketball</div>

Again, you have described why it gives him the advantage over taller players in the dunk contest. Anybody will agree with me here.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">-Nate came to the contest with the most creativity
-Nate's dunks varied by far than any dunker in the contest.

He's not a finnese dunker, he's very powerful and explosive. Combine that with his creativity and you got a dunk champion</div>

    1. You have yet to describe to me how any of his dunks were creative. If you consider his dunks, with the exception of the dunk over Spud, creative, then you have to consider Iguodala's dunks creative to. Please, please, please describe me how they were creative. Creative pretty much means nobody has really thought of it, and none of his dunks (except Spud), nor Iguodala's (except the behind the backboard) dunk were "creative."

    2. I guarantee you I have played more basketball than you have. I was varsity on my high school all four years, and would have played college ball had I not tore my ACL. So, before opening your mouth, please know who you are talking to.

    3. Last time I checked, you don't win a contest based on one dunk, correct? But, if you did, Iguodala's dunk was better than the Spud dunk, even though both were sick.

    4. Please learn the difference between the words "air" and "hair," because you really sound like an idiot when you think people glide through "hair" en route to the basket.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">-Nate's last dunk had the most difficulty, the reason why he got the advantage cause Iggy Dala couldn't come up something better than his previous dunk, and thats why he didn't deserve to win, do you understand? Its simple

Again, you continually say that his dunk was more difficult, but you DO NOT TELL ME WHY it is as difficult as you make it out to be, not even comparing it to Iguodala's dunk. Just answer that question... but of course, you probably can't dunk, and wouldn't understand that it is not as difficult to do a windmill off the glass as you make it sound like... even for Nate Robinson.

Now, how do you sound? You accuse me of just stating opinions, without backing them up, when actually you are the one guilty of this. If you cannot see that, then you are blind, ignorant, and hypocritical.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Bring back some logic, don't waste time with long post that just states "Andre was robbed" Stop crying with that, and come back with something new, other wise, you're just trolling the board with repetive stuff.</div>

Again, please go grab the dictionary, see what the word "logic" means, then go to an English tutor, and ask them to teach you how to improve your reading and comprehension. Then, re-read the thread, and you will see that your accusations of me making long, illogical posts is way off.

If I am wasting your "precious" time, then why even bother responding? Again, it shows that you cannot accept the fact that other people disagree with you, and now you have to resort to name-calling and degrading me, because you cannot back up your statements. I have asked you many questions in this thread, and please answer them, otherwise you are also beating around the bush my friend.

And, since you want to begin degrading me in your posts, I believe it is about time I should start retaliating:

Just when I think, "Surely this person has reached and encapsulates the limits of Internet tedium" you go and push the boundary even further. You should offer your posting style to hospital operating theatres as a highly-effective alternative to unconsciousness-inducing medications.

You amaze me! I didn't think it was possible for one person to possess such a vast reservoir of undiluted gibberish! If ignorance were a disability, you'd get the full pension. A long period of non-posting would be most welcome on your part. I suggest you need Mark Twain's advice; "It is better to be silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt."

You are a bore, and a very dull one at that. Why don't you close your mouth before someone sticks an apple in it? Maybe you wouldn't be such a Jerk-In-The-Box if you weren't intellectually slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through a vat of chunky peanut butter; if your weren't so fat that you make sumo wrestlers look anorexic, or if you didn't have a face that could be used as an alternative to a stomach pump. Nah, of course you would.

You're a message board freak. I know it's hard to accept the truth, but the truth it is, and accept it, you must.

Now, do you want to continue posting your jibberish, and repeated arguments? If so, this can go on forever. It's truly up to you, but I recommend closing your mouth, and to stop responding before you lose all respect and dignity.

I've been saying it forever... we all have our own opinions, yet you seem to be the only one who cannot accept that others disagree with you. I respect your opinion, and have no problem with you believing Nate won it fair and square. All I'm doing at this point, is asking you to clarify certain aspects of your opinion, which you refuse to do, or maybe are incapable of doing.

The mere effort you put into defending Nate's title shows to me that you feel it needs to be validated, and why would you, of all people, feel the need for it to be validated? Think about that, and then decide whether you want to continue this discussion.

This has gone too far, and as soon as you feel the need to stop replying to posts with vulgar, rude, immature, and stupid comments, the sooner this discussion will be over.

And, if you really cannot stand me, and really feel the need... there is this little feature called "Ignore User." I am very tempted to use it on you, but I'm having a lot of fun laughing at your illogical posts and silly comebacks.

EDIT: Wow, what a vulgar response on your part to PhilA's opinion. Is that the only comeback your little brain could muster up? Did his comment offend you THAT much? Jeez, you come off as more immature with every post you make...

And, for moderators who feel this thread has gone too far, I must say this. I agree with you in believing this thread has gone too far, however, j0se's refusal, rather inability, to comprehend what he reads has apparently frustrated him to an extent that he has to resort to name calling and derogatory remarks. Now, as he began this trend, I have chosen to defend myself. If you feel necessary to warn me, ban me, whatever, please go right ahead and do so, I really don't care. This guy has shown me that stupidity really has no limit, and his repulsive, vulgar comments have forced me to the point where I had to tell him how I truly feel when reading what he has to say.

Honestly, you know what, I am going to be the bigger man here and end this. I have been saying for a while now that we should just agree to disagree, however apparently you also have a problem with that, and have shown that you will not rest until I agree that Iguodala was not "robbed."

Now, I'm agreeing to disagree with you. If you want to accept that, then go ahead, if not, we'll continue an intelligent and respectful discussion. You began making derogatory comments, I responded, and pretty much ended that. This thread is going into the direction of a flaming war, if it hasn't already turned into one.

There are a lot of people on here that both agree and disagree with me on the matter of the dunk contest. The fact of the matter is that it's done with, and nothing will change it. Take me and MrJ for example. We both disagree on this, but you don't see him making posts calling me out for it, and out of respect you don't see me making posts calling him out for that.

If you want to continue this discussion, well, by all means I will continue discussing the matter with you. However, let's stop this flaming. You started it, I pretty much ended it.

It's your choice. Everything I said in my previous post still stands, but unlike you I am going to be the bigger man and put an end to this.

    It's your call, kid...
