Kobe Bryant (L) of the West Team and Shaquille O'Neal of the East Team laugh during a free throw in the 2006 NBA All-Star Game at the Toyota Center, 19 February 2006 in Houston, Texas. The East defeated the West 122-120. Bryant and O'Neal, who have shaken hands after a public falling out when they were teammates with the Los Angeles Lakers, may become teammates again at the FIBA World Championship.
Maybe but at least this confirms officially that they don't hate each other no more which begs the question. Would he play for the Lakers again?
Would he play for the Lakers again? Probably not. But the bigger question is would Dr. Buss want him to play for the Lakers again?

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting K8B:</div><div class="quote_post">Kobe's left arm looks huge in that pic...</div> Think you meant his right arm since we can't really see the left, and I definitely agree with you, that was the first thing I noticed when looking at the pic. Who saw in ASG when Kobe was dribbling between his legs and Shaq just straight up grabbed up and took the foul, lol, good times.
I am sure Shaq wishes he is playin in LA, NOW. I don't think he'll come back, but I think he'd rather play there than Miami.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The two former teammates came out for the opening tipoff in Houston with Bryant extending a fist bump and O'Neal playfully slapping it away. The two laughed all the way onto the court and continued joking until the ball was tossed up. After flying back Monday morning, Bryant pronounced the feud between himself and O'Neal dead, a remarkable development considering that after the Lakers-Heat Christmas game, O'Neal refused to answer a question about Bryant on national television. "I'm not surprised at all," Bryant said. "We've gone through those type of swings in one season. You know what I'm saying? It's nothing." The two exchanged a Bill Russell-brokered hug before last month's Lakers-Heat game at Staples Center, but the true test might have come Sunday. O'Neal wrapped up Bryant in a bear hug during the first quarter when Bryant looked like he was about to include him in a highlight reel. Bryant and O'Neal also laughed when Bryant nearly blocked his former teammate from behind on another sequence. And Bryant suggested afterward that things between the two are better. "We were laughing all weekend long. It's been good," he said. O'Neal also praised Bryant's 81-point game at Friday's media session, calling it a "fantastic, historical performance." </div> Source
Lol SHaq didn't say "fantastic, historical performance" when Kobe had first scored the 81 points, nice to see the Diesel is coming around. THe dance Shaq was doing at the starting lineups is reason enough to love the man, thank god these two are cool again so I don't have to hate Shaq anymore.
