I personally don't think Detroit have what it takes to match the Might Chicago record but i do think they can come close. 70 would be a huge ask but anything above 60 I think is possible.

Billups and Rip are playing some great ball and know how to feed and score. Big Ben is probably the only worry offensively. Sure he'll kick out the dime, or hit a free dunk from Chauncey but I believe if this team is going to become an even more lethal weapon, Ben'll have to score at least 10 points a game. If this happens towards the end of the season or even into the playoffs, Detroit will find it easier and not have to rely on dominant point scorers on the team to get them over the line.

Another issue I'd like to raise is the Pistons bench. Evans and McDyess are doing a great job. I've looked on the scorecard several times this season and McDyess is often hovering around a d-d. Evans needs to work on his passing and hopefully Kelvin Cato can provide some help off the bench.

I think they will get about 60, they have been streaky lately

I say probably 62, 63 wins. They got into a bit of a losing slump before the all-star weekend......

I say 62. Comparing Detroit to the 72-10 Bulls is overrating them a bit. Dont get me wrong though, Detroit has one of the best starting line-ups in the NBA.
