Nice find. It looks like Kobe's starting to build his reputation up again. Also judging by the low cheers at the ASG, it looks like he's starting to get liked again. I think his 35ppg average, 62 point game and 81 point game have also helped. I kind of liked it when Kobe was hated, at least it showed who the true fans were. Its going to really annoy me when the media start licking his ass again.

Yes, the reading's horrible, but I'm more interested for the visuals. I get my reading done in the newspaper and online articles (rarely from ESPN the Magazine), so it'd be something just to flip through.
That snake is not a black mamba, black mambas' bodies arent even black. Inside it's mouth is, but the body is usually a dark white to a olive. I have no idea what that snake is in Kobe's hand.

IMHO, Slam is one of the most worthless magazines out there. Over 50 % of it is advertisement, about 80 % of the rest is crap writing, where the readers try to act more "gansta" and street than they realy are. The rest is good pictures and perhaps one intresting article.
