New Orleans Hornets forward Jackson Vroman (4) holds his wrist after falling to the floor and injuring it in a basketball game against the Utah Jazz Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2006, in Oklahoma City.

I'll try find a video, it was one of the worst injuries I've ever seen.

I'd like to see the video of it. I broke my wrist a few years ago, and I want to compare how it looks.

I saw this on SportsCenter, and it was truly disgusting to watch.

Hate to see it but not as much as he does. How great it must have been to suit up with Paul and play serious minutes?

Chuck, I hate to see a player hurt but what I think and feel could not begin to compare to the loss of playing time this means for Vroman personally. Vroman had been picked up by a team that needed him and he was able to play with Chris Paul whom I believe will be one of the top 50 best NBA players of all time. The injury could mean he's out of New Orleans and out of the line-up forever. The pain of the wrist injury is usually fleeting particularly for a young man wth the best medical care. But losing your spot on the floor, and losing your spot on a team with not one but two great point guards who will look to draw the defense and feed the big guy for a dunk or lay-up has to be dis-heartening. Is that clearer?
