    No truth behind this, but would anybody trade Steven Hunter and a #1 pick for Ben Gordon and Mike Sweetney? If so why? If not why?

    Nothing is going down in the area of trades, as the deadline has already passed, even though there are still some teams talking trade.

    The only move in sight, as of right now, is Tim Thomas. Billy King has been saying for months that he is saving a roster space for Thomas if he is bought out by the Bulls. Thomas has said he wants to play for either the Sixers or the Nets.

    Why the hell would the Bulls trade Ben Gordon for a highly paid average young center, and a first round pick, considering they already have two first round picks in this years draft? It would have made no sense for the Bulls to make that deal.

    The Bulls could get much more for Gordon than that piece of junk.

    Anyway, the Hunter for Sweetney rumor was true, but the deal didn't happen, obviously.

    And yes... the Sixers made a trade... unfortunately.
