Ever since he's (Isiah's) come here, the talent level has gone through the roof. That's all I know. Now, whether or not that's going to work one day, is going to be up to whoever coaches the team. ... I think it's a gift for the Knicks, basically."</div>
Does anyone think a Pat Riley coached team could be 23 games below .500?

    Never.

Pat had 3 years(I think) of not making playoffs. We were one of the worst teams before we drafted DWade.

That's kind of ironic, considering Riley did the same thing this offseason. He basically went after best talent available, the way Isiah would, and it doesn't seem to be working out as well as he would've liked.

I think Isiah doesn't go for best talent available
he goes for the highest pricetags available...

all the talent in the world doenst make a difference if you're one of the leagues worst teams. the knicks were already stacked with talent...they got more...so what? its still a crazy wierd trade in my opinion. and orlando really got the good end of it imo
