We only have seven players available for the game in Orlando tonight, and sadly, that includes Rick Brunson. On the floor right now is Brunson, Damien Wilkins, Rashard Lewis, Mikki Moore, and Chris Wilcox. Not a horrible team, but we're definately taking a hit with Ray Allen out with his newborn baby (by the way, good luck, Ray) and Robert Swift out with that broken nose. Aside from the amusing fact that Craig Ehlo already has a few noteworthy quotes for his famous thread, two very good things have happened: 1. Johan Petro started, and should get more than enough playing time. 2. Chris Wilcox is back to the straight braids! But no headband... We're down 27-17, I believe. Just went to a commercial. Post your thoughts here and/or discuss the game.
I tuned in during the 4th, we were only down 3. Magic now up 9 again. I will say that our defense is soft soft soft again. We switch automatically on high pick and rolls, no attempt whatsover to fight through.
Yeah....they ran out of gas. When we were down three I thought we could pull it off but...no.... I thought Ray had a stomach flu and Nick was the one who was having a baby.... Wilcox is doing exactly what we wanted him to do...I like it, even though we're getting wasted.
Nick's having the baby? Sweet. I could've sworn I heard it was Ray (kind of weird, the guy isn't as young as he looks). Congrats to Nick, then! 102-89 was the final, I believe. Jesus, that was one sad huddle at the end of the game. Seven players total; six if you take out Wilcox, who stood outside of the circle half the time.
Ray Allen had a baby LAST year right? And he got married last year too, what a sad day (I'm kidding by the way). Anyways, congratulations to Nick C.
Is Ray married? I'm not sure if he is. He did have a baby though. Well...his girlfriend did...of course.
