When Kobe starts to get it going and they have a 7+ point game, Jackson sits him down and then the other team goes on an 11-0 run.

The Lakers organisation are giving Jackson a record amount of money for missing no-brain decisions. Sure, I don't expect him to turn this into a championship team, but I expect him to make some basic coaching decisions.
