<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The 25-point performance by Andre Iguodala against the Cleveland Cavaliers proved a point that the 76ers need to move the ball around and involve everyone on the floor to be successful.
But it also served to bring out some aggravation in Kyle Korver, who said after Thursday's practice: "I think we all get frustrated, and we have nothing against Allen [Iverson], nothing against Chris [Webber].
"We all get frustrated when all we hear is, 'He's got nobody else around him to play.' That's not the case. We've got a lot of guys who can play. If we don't give Andre opportunities to do his thing, or Sam [Dalembert] or John Salmons, they're not going to do anything."
Told of Korver's comments before last night's game against the Milwaukee Bucks, Sixers coach Maurice Cheeks said no player has come to him complaining of frustration about not seeing the basketball.
"I don't see any frustration at all," Cheeks said. "I see guys going out there trying to do what I ask them to do. But I don't see any frustration."
Iverson and Webber are the two offensive forces on the team. Together, they account for 51.7 percent of the Sixers' shots and 49.5 percent of the team's points. They have combined to score 50 or more points in a game 31 times, but the Sixers are only 16-15 in those games.
Cheeks said it is difficult for young players to score consistently every night, and that he has told Iguodala, Korver and Salmons about ways to help their offense. "I heard Andre say that we don't run a lot of offensive sets for him," Cheeks said. "But he still got 15 shots and 25 points [Wednesday]....We can get early shots and get early post-ups, and I think that's what I've been encouraging Andre, Johnny and Kyle to do more often. And I think they all did that a lot better the other night."
