They better not suspend him. That the fan went out on a stretcher after being gently tapped by a ball is ridiculous. You can tell the guy was thinking "pay me" the whole way. It's too bad

He must not be that big of a fan of the game, because Garnett went over to him to personally apologize and he just looked at him like he was crazy. The ball wasn't even thrown at him; it was gently tossed. It's his own damn fault for not moving out of the way, or at least catching it for that matter.
Yea, he got called for an offensive foul, and he reacted in frustration and tossed it in the stands without looking, and it hit a fan who acted like he got shot in the face and with out on a gurny. I hope i catch it on Sportscenter
What he did... Garnett was looking for a delay of game after a foul call that he didn't agree with, he tossed the ball towards the crowd behind the hoop. The ball hit some guy in the head (not hard) and he pretended that he was really hurt. KG got booted and we'll see what the league does about it tomorrow. The guy who got hit is obviously just looking for a settlement. What a nancy. I mean, buying a basketball ticket should be the same as buying a baseball ticket: an agreement that you should pay attention to the game, so you don't get hurt. What KG did wasn't right. But going out on a stretcher after being hit by a basketball? C'mon, it's just gold-digging. And KG's a good guy.
Bottom line is KG's gonna have to pay him. Doesn't matter if it's right or wrong, this guy is going to get something since KG lost his composure. I can't see it myself. I would have gotten upset before pussin' out like that. As much as I don't like it, the guys gonna get paid. This is a "Pay Me" society and it doesn't matter what KG donates or gives to people like this. I thought it looked dangerous when he tossed it (since it didn't have the usual downward trajectory), but didn't think something like this would happen. This could happen anywhere...but boy Minnesota isn't looking good to my boy.
Wow, I just saw it on sportscenter, and that guy has to be the biggest bitch in the world, kids get hit in the face alot harder by a basketball in the YMCA, and they just shake it off like it didn't happen. Next time buy that guy a seat at the highest point in the arena away from the action so he can't find an excuse to do that again. If i got bumped in the face from an NBA player I'd be honored that I even got that close to them.
hahaz the fan was totally milking it.. KG didn't even 'toss' the ball.. it was much more of a 'flick'.. there was no blood, no marks, nothing.. maybe dude got a concussion from that tho.. lmao..
When KG went to shake his hand apologize, the guy looked at him and thought he was trying to kill him or something. The guy is a pure ass, and would make even more of an ass of himself if he sued.
The way the fan behaved was disgusting..One more reason Garnett needs to leave Minnesota. I'd be thrilled if KG comes reaching to me.
Kevin Garnett did nothing here and I hope the league doesn't suspend him. I have no idea why this guy overeacted so much. Maybe he had a tramatic dodgeball incident when he was in elementary school. Oh, and why the hell was his daughter crying? Did she get "hit" too?

What a loser! I can't believe a grown man would behave like that. I'm talking about the fan by the way. This dude deserves to get hit really hard just for faking like that.
What the hell was this guy doing where he couldnt at least put his hand up to block a ball going 5 mph? You're sitting courtside at an NBA game, pay attention for christs sake. Even so, that guy had to be at least 200 pounds, I doubt the ball would paralyze him from the waist down.
The league will probably suspend him. If they don't you have to imagine there being some outrage by the players. They need to use a marquee guy like KG as an example to other players even though the fan was faking it. A stretcher? Get real.
