"Tony canceled at the last minute for personal reasons. ... Tony made the final decision," BU said. "If we (perform a show), it's gonna cause a big distraction in the middle of the season. He doesn't want to get Coach Pop angry or the franchise angry. He's gonna let all of that die down." On Monday after morning practice, Parker would say only that the cancellation was due to a scheduling conflict (read: the Spurs are playing the Dallas Mavericks on Thursday). "The word out of (Parker's camp) was that the Spurs wouldn't let him do it," Sevilla said. "Let's just say we all got taken for a loop." But Parker's rap spokesman stressed that Popovich "has been very lenient" about Parker's musical ambitions and that Parker's rap music "is not vulgar." </div> Article
I've said it before in other threads, I've heard some of his tracks with Fab and they are horrible. I give him credit though for not taking the Ron Artest route of pursuing a hobby during the season.
