Tonight is my cousine's rehearsal dinner, so I was busy and wasn't able to make a game thread.

This is a must win. See y'all after the bachelor party [IMG]

Mike James finally initiated offense at the end of the game. How clutch is Mo-pete hitting those 3 free throws?

How good is Charlie V, honestly. I feel there is no question who the second best rookie is now. That guy can play, no question about that. Wow, I never thought he'd be this good this fast.

    Quick Hitters:
    - Man the raptors never win in OT.
    - Joey Graham 0-5 but played great defensive ball I thought 3blk 2 stl
    - Atlanta killed them on the O and D boards
    - CV31 had a hell of a game.

Man, I was quite surprised we went to Mo for a game winning shot, he's not the best guy at getting something off the dribble.

Great game by Charlie, wow, he played very well. We tried today, did anyone else realize that Smith had 7 blocks, geez, easy buddy.

Anyone else catch Bosh rolling on the ground acting like he was injured after he took a hit going to the basket?? lol, he had me there for a sec....

    Notes on the game:

    - Tonight gives us a reason why we shouldn't be so sure to re-sign Mike James, especially if he's asking for more than $5 mill a year. Sure, there'll be times where he will singlehandedly win games for us down the stretch..... but then there's games like these where he takes us right out of the game with his illadvised shot chucking..... he sort of reminds of a less talented Baron Davis in that sense.

    - Bosh choked down the stretch...... I think it had to do with fatigue though seeing how he played heavy minutes and was forced to play centre due to Davis' being a no show...

    - Charlie played amazing....

    - We need some SERIOUS help with rebounding....... hey, seeing how it's colangelo's first game w/ the team, you think the raps purposely got dominated on the boards tonight to stress our need for some rebounding big men??? i hope that's the reason, cuz a lot of those offensive rebounds Atlanta got were just embarassing....

Since I didn't watch the game, I'm guessing the bachelor party was worth missing the game over, no?

The bench was just plain embarrassing. No one could score. Maybe we should go with the three guard lineup again and bring Charlie off the bench? Then again, CV31's play as a starter doesn't make him deserve to be off the bench again. But man, we sure need someone to create for himself off the bench.

Ever heard of a rebuilding stage, or do you need me to explain it to you because you don't understand? The team is Bosh's, and with cap space and the hiring of Colangelo the Raps are going to in the right direction. Once Kidd and Carter are past their primes, you can go jump on another teams bandwagon.

I think this will be a good matchup but i gotta go with the raptors. 1 reason b/c my boy from conneticut is up there, Chris bosh, mike james. Before mike james they were not nothing now they are getting better. so i'll say the Hawks will get beat by 10to 15 no more then that
