    Damon Jones really needs to pick it up. Whatever happened to his 3-point shot, his point guard skills, his veteran leadership as seen from the 2003-2004 Bucks team?

    I'm glad that Shaq did this. Damon has an ego the size of Texas and I think that only someone like Shaq has could settle him down...hopefully this little talk will help Damon out and make him realize that he's not a star player like he thinks he is...
