Last rookie to score that high was Allen Iverson in the 96-97 season. I believe he did 51 that year.

Yeah, but Felton only started to come on in February. The months before that he was practically invisible and Charlie V.'s been great since the beginning of the season. If Felton played like that all year he would have definitely been challenging Charlie for 2nd ROY.

Well the only reason Felton are getting those big #s and Paul too were that they are the #1 options on their team... if Charlie was the first option, i think there'd be like a 3 way challenge to the ROY..

 

Felton isn't really the first option on his team, Gerald Wallace actually is.
