Jazz 105 - Clippers 103. Deron Williams hit the game winner for the Jazz with two seconds left.

This game was a good one, I've been impressed with D-Will lately, but in the 1st half only 2 Turnovers [IMG]

    Utah signs SG

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">AP - Salt Lake City, UT. In a move that is bound to confuse and confound basketball fans and historians everywhere, Utah Jazz owner Larry Miller announced Friday that the club had signed Mudd D. Skipper, a 6'1" former Meat Packer from Tallahassee, to a 10 day contract.

"Right now, we have a problem with shooting guards, and we believe that Mudd can help fill that void and help the club," Jazz VP Kevin O'Connor said in the Press Release.

Speculation insists that O'Connor was on an all night bender after the Jazz loss to the Charlotte Bobcats last Wednesday. While returning home intoxicated, he found the former High School player stroking the basketball in a little-to lovingly way, then hit a long distance jumper from the end of his driveway.

O'Connor proceeded to stop his car by running into a fence, and asked if Mudd could do hit the shot again. Mudd, a little enebriated himself, nodded. Somehow, a bet and a game of Horse broke out and O'Connor, never one to know right from wrong, lost the game miserably.

"I am never one to welch on my bets," O'Connor was heard nursing a hangover in a phone interview.

The 32 year old would-be NBA prodigy played both guard positions in High School, but never actually started for this team. During his senior year, his team had a miserable 0 for 12 record. It stands to note that Mudd never actually played minute on the court during his senior campaign.

"I believe that Mudd might be able to help this team find itself," Sloan was quoted in the press release, "He has a lot of work to do in terms of getting his shot off quicker, but that will come with time."

"Mudd? He is great player," a Jazz player was quoted on condition of anonynity, "He is a little slow going up court, and he stroke ball like a baby. But he is great player. Great person! I block his shot, and he smiled back."

Per club policy, the terms of the deal were not disclosed. It should be noted that it was enough to make Larry Miller sob in the bathroom at a Chuck-A-Rama, one witnessed noted however.

"We see Larry here all the time," the witness stated, "and normally the bill is enough to make him ball like a two year old hitting his shin on the table. But this was more then that."

Mudd is expected to be available for Friday's action against the L.A. Clippers. </div>

Didn't anyone else see this guy on the bench? He's Milt twin I'm tellin ya [IMG] 2nd coming of the G.O.A.T.
