I think I have a trade that works for both Toronto and Milwakee: <font color=""DarkOrchid"">To Milwakee:</font> Jose Calderon Joey Graham Matt bonner Eric Williams 2006 Toronto's unproteced first round pick (top 5 for sure) <font color=""Red"">To Toronto:</font> Jamal Magloire TJ Ford 2006 Milwakee's unprotected first round draft pick (probably 14-16) Toronto gets the PG and center they deparately need, and still can draft a decent complimentary player where the Milwakee pick will be. Milwakee gets a good young PG who can then be Mo williams back-up. Also they get vetran leadership in Eric Williams. Matt bonner can give them a nice outside shooter at the four stetching out the defense for Bogut in the middle, then with Toronto's draft pick they can draft either Lamarcus Aldrige, Tryus Thomas, Andreai Bargnani, or Josh Mcroberts to complete their core as the four is there weakest position. Also Joey Graham is a ncie rookie who shoots amzing percentages and is an athletic freak who can bring back some of the dunks that left with Desmond Mason. This trade is for the off-season and all Salaries match.
Haha, Magloire is not even worth Toronto's pick, while Ford is not worth three young, solid players. A Milwaukee pick doesn't sweeten the deal any for the Raptors.
i dont think Toronto will give up their 2 young players. the raptors are trying to keep the youngsters playing in the club. I don't think we'll trade Jose anyways.
the bucks get murdered; they give up two starters for a bunch of marginal nba players.all four players couldn't even crack the rotation for most nba clubs. and btw, tj ford is an absolute stud, if the raptors got both magolire and ford they would be eastern contenders.

I don't think the Raptors or the Bucks would make that trade. The Bucks give up two of their starters (Iand possibly most important cog in Ford) for 4 of Toronto's weak bench.
Yes but Milwakee can't affor to resign Magloire next off-season and may not be able to resign Ford as well. They also get a top 5 pick to get a young talented four to round out their roster. I think Mo williams is a good enough PG to run the bucks and Caldeorn is a very capable young PG who averages more assits then ford per 48 minutes and a much better assit/turnover ratio and a better FG%.

Graham is young and has loads of potential. Bonner is nothing special Eric williams is a throw in for contracts to equal Top 5 pick isnt anything to joke about Raps get a player with injury troubles and who is a FA after the season They also get a solid PG but with a serious injury not far in his past Raps get ripped off huge.
That's a no go on this trade on Milwaukee's behalf. No way they will give up these two role guys for a bunch of bench players. Do they gain anything in particular? Nope, if this trade goes through Milwaukee will waive at least a couple of those guys eventually.
No way in hell do the Bucks give up TJ Ford. You're reacin now. They only player on TO's roster worth trading TJ Ford for, would be Bosh, and you aint givin us Bosh.
Its pretty funny to see people tear apart trades that are lopsided in their favor because theyre attached to the players theyd be giving up. Are raptors fans saying they wouldnt trade their role players to have a solid backup for their bigmen as well as a future of Bosh,Villa, and Ford?!?! Dont know what else to say about this....

Fact is Toronto probably wont be able to retain Magloire's services once's he's a free agent, so we'd basically be giving up an 18th pick a possible 1st overall pick and a solid affordable backup pointgaurd(possible starter later in his career) for Ford and a Jamal Magloire rental package. This is a bad deal for Toronto unless Magloire were to sign a contract extension with the Raps somehow at an affordable contract. And to the guy that said the only player in TO worth TJ Ford is Bosh...Bosh is far far far far far more valuable than TJ and in my opinion i'd say CV31 is more valuable as well. He's a good player though, would love to have him on the team.....in a deal that made sense.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Chutney:</div><div class="quote_post">Colangelo would be a God if he could pull that kind of trade off.</div> possible #1 and their 18th pick last year + a solid backup point for 1 year of Magloire and TJ ford? I'd ask to get Babcock back if he made that trade

Break it down like this: Graham, Eric Williams, Matt Bonner for Jamaal Magloire Jose Calderon for TJ Ford Toronto's 1st round pick for Milwaukee's 1st round pick. I'd love to get rid of Eric Williams and Matt Bonner. Joey Graham has struggled this year. He will improve, but he doesn't have star potential. He's a good role player, but there are so many SF's in this draft, I wouldn't mind giving this up. A year of Jamaal Magloire is worth that. Realistically, he won't ask for max, because nobody would give it to him. And if he doesn't resign, we get salary cap relief. Jose is no way near, and probably won't ever be, as good as TJ. What concerns are there over his back? He's played great this year. Its a weak draft and I wouldn't mind giving moving down 10 or so picks to solidify the two hardest positions to fill. Don't let your bias cloud your reason. Babcock wouldn't have the balls to make a trade this good.
The raps would take that trade in a second. People are actually making it sound like Bonner, Calderone and Graham are valuable....um......they are all a dime a dozen! I'd take Tj and JM any day. Plus someone said whats the big deal about getting a 10 point 10 reb centre....when was the last time the raptors had that?????
