Miller walked across the floor with 26 seconds to glare at the players and then had some pointed comments for the team in the locker room after the game. "They are a bunch of pampered babies," Miller told the media. "We need some guys with some guts and some fire down the stretch. It wouldn't hurt me to turn over all 15 guys, but the trading deadline has passed and there's nothing we can do." </div> Source
It must be really nice to hear that from your boss. Maybe he should realize that's not the way to help his players and try to motivate them.
That moron, he's the one pampering them by paying them millions. Maybe he should invest his money more wisely instead of giving all of it to Boozer!

The kingdom is officially in disarray. When Larry Miller angrily bolts out of his seat during a game at the Delta Center, after his team relinquishes a 20-point lead against a hapless opponent, and, in full view of a booing crowd, summons the team's president and vice president from their seats for a courtside meeting during which he uses the word "fire" and the words "if we don't win," all in a whirling tirade, that is just one of the conclusions that can be drawn. Here's another: It's not a good time to be a Jazz fan.</div> Trouble in Paradise? I'm surprised the GM made those comments about his players to the public media. Not only does it disrespect the players he ultimately brought to the team, it also undermines Jerry Sloan. It should be the coach's responsibility to lay it on his players, and up to him whether he wants to call them out in public or not. Should be interesting to see how the players react to these comments. I think he just made Sloan's job a lot harder and really hurt the confidence of this team to make the playoffs.
