The fact that we missed Kevin Ollie precense in this game because of his injury is sooo pathetic.

I know it's gutsy to compare Jim O'Brien to Maurice Cheeks, but when it comes down to both of these guys coaching the 76ers, they both will probably end up with 43 wins or around there and to be honest, our defense looked a lot better last year and we had more of a fast break approach. Last night actually going to the game, I saw how awful our team's defense is. When we go man, one guy forgets about his man and our opponent goes baseline, catches it and simply puts it off the glass. Probably the most humiliating way to give up a basket. It was kind of amusing because I was purposely watching Salmons and Korver. Both of them get caught watching another player dribble and forget COMPLETLEY about their man. Iguodala was getting beat on Melo, and not taking anything away from him, he's great, but I don't understand why Iguodala isn't stay infront of his man anymore. It's getting really frusturating.

Technically ok, but they still aren't going any where at all. I'd rather this team just start from scratch.

we all would, except we all know that wont happen with BK on the helm. he is just too stupid to realize this team isnt going to go anywhere. also, if starting from scratch means a couple of years of not making the playoffs, then that means their income will go down and they wont make any money. so, starting from scratch isnt an option

Kyle and John aren't the only two guys who forget about their man all the time... the biggest culprits of that are usually Allen Iverson and CWebb. AI always gets caught watching the ball, and his man just moves around and eventually gets the open shot while AI is still standing in the place he originally was.

Now, I don't see why a lot of people are surprised that we are doing this poorly. I mean, ever since the 2001 Finals, we are only 5 games above .500 (all seasons combined), so we've been mediocre for the past four or five years.

This team isn't going anywhere, and there is no clear cut direction in which we are going (either rebuilding or making a push to win now)... now that is the most frustrating thing!

Of course it is an option. The 76ers won't be a good team anymore, but it would be benficial to just start over. What else can they do when they have nothing to fight for? I've got a better chance at being drafted to the NBA straight out of high school then the 76ers do winning any kind of NBA title any time soon.

They have some pieces to work with, Salmons is a teen scorer whenever AI is not playing, and if Dre shoots enough he can get around tewnty points a night in my opinion. They have a young shotblocker, if he learns the fundamentals of the game then he could be WAY better. I might waive C-Webb, and trade AI this summer.

i know its an option. im just saying it wont be if BK is still our GM. the guy couldnt care less about our future. all he cares about is adding to our mediocrity to make fans think that we will be competing in order to boost up the attendance rate to get more money. i honestly dont think BK cares much about the team. i said it before and ill say it again, we need a new GM, and we need to fire ed snider and sign someone that actually cares about sixers basketball

I don't know about you guys but I really don't care what happens in the season. I'll just wait for the Playoffs, yes this team is bad, but I'm sure they will make the Playoffs. And for some odd reason in the Playoffs they tend to step up their game and you actually have hope in them. So I'll see you there Sixers. Again as far as the season goes, I don't give a damn about what they do or what seed they finish. 7th seed, 8th seed? Doesn't matter because if they get the 3rd seed and make it to the 2nd round they would have to play either DET or MIA EVENTUALLY so I don't care what seed they finish I just want to see what they can do in the Playoffs. Have a nice day. [IMG]
