Well, Ricky's on his way back in Miami. Any predictions about how he'll do? How much he'll get the ball? This should be fun to watch...
In another thread, I mentioned I was looking forward to having; Ricky, Ronnie Brown, Chambers, McMichael, & Booker on the field @ the same time. I've heard RW is back up to 235 pounds which is what he was at in 2002 & 2003. I look for RW to get at least 700 yds on about 165 carries. Most of his best production will be on "natural grass"
After Ronnie's fumble I woulden't be suprised to see Ricky get more carries than he does for this game, just to get a point across.
Ronnie Brown is no light load either. Ricky will see 5-10 carries a game and if Brown stuggles Ricky will see more as the season goes on. Same vice versa if Ricky struggles Brown will see more carries.
Id like to see both get 15 touches a game....thats 10-12 carries and 2-3 catches....and if one guy is outplaying the other, than maybe you shift the focus a bit....if handled correctly, having them both is a blessing....

At LSU he always had 2 or 3 RB's and loved to pound the ball on the ground. I am not sure Ricky could come in right off the bat and take a 10-15 carrie pounding. Good luck to anyone who falls behind against Miami. There run that ball and eat up a lot of clock though. Like him or not. Ricky is a very gifted runner!
He might not get to start the Tampa Bay game so they said on ESPN but everybody knows Ricky Williams can't be stopped
I think Ricky will return to form. He was arguably the best RB for the past four years. Now he has a powerful Rookies to take the focus off him and maybe vary it a little, I think he will rush for maybe 700 yards
The initial plan is for Ricky to get 8-12 touches a game. I find it interesting that 1) They drafted Brown as they knew he could & would rotate & 2) Linehan had plays in training camp for RW & RB being on the field @ the same time
