I read in the Green Bay Press Gazette today that the holding penalty called on Mark Tauscher in the 2nd Quarter vs. New Orleans was the FIRST holding penalty called on him in SIX YEARS! Funny thing is, the reporter thinks it was Will Whitticker's hold and the officials mis-called it. Regardless...that is impressive!

He's our best lineman. Clifton is good to and Wells is nice as well.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (N_Burleson4life)</div><div class='quotemain'>Hmmm, no wonder he allows so many DE's to blow up running plays. :cheesey:</div> Yeah, you can not get a holding call if you're not in arm's length! Haha, just kidding! Yeah The O-Line took a hammering in the offseason with the loss of Rivera and Wahle, but Clifton and Tauscher are still excellent

You bring up an interesting question. Do the official statisticians ever go back and correct mistakes that are obviously the wrong player number? I just think of times when a holding call is called on an offensive line number, but the number they called out is some defensive guy. Otherwise, somewhere theres probably an offensive lineman that has a roughing the QB call on him in his career stats. :cheesey:
