This is isnt right. Am I quoting myself?[IMG] Anyways the Lakers will be back in the 7th spot tonight when the Queens lose to the Pacers and the Lakers beat KGs frustrated Timberwolves. Hopefully we can frustrate him even more so we can get him to our side.[IMG]

He's the best defensive player to ever play.

Look what he did kobe 1-7 stuffed him and stole it from him and outscoring kobe 15-2.

When the crowd chated MVP it was meant for ARTEST

You can't really blame the offense of the Lakers last night.

They won the points in the paint battle.
The scoring was balanced 4 starters in double digits (Cook had 9 points).
Made half of their 3 point shots.
Shot 46% from the field as a team.

Kobe Bryant had a decent night shooting 42% and having 7 assists. The Kings defense on him was superb, but the Lakers still managed to score 98 points in this game.

The one area of improvement should have came at the FT line. The Lakers only shot 15 FTs versus 28 FTs by the Kings.

The problem for the Lakers was their defense once again. Allowing the Kings to shoot 54% from the field and drop 114 points is inexcusable. The Kings offense was efficient all game long because of the weak effort on the defensive side of the ball.

The main culprit was Sasha Vujacic, the both times he came in the game the Kings made their runs.

    <font size=""1"">Start of 2nd Quarter [LAL 31-24] - Sasha Enters

    5:58 - 2nd Quarter [LAL 38-43] - Sasha Replaced = -12 point loss

    6:56 - 4th Quarter [LAL 87-92] - Sasha Enters

    3:28 - 4th Quarter [LAL 90-105] - Sasha Replaced = -10 point loss

    <font color=""Red"">Sasha on the floor = Lakers -22 points</font></font>

Of course you can't put all the blame on Sasha, everyone on the Lakers took the night off on the defensive end.

The Lakers have to step it up on defense if they want to make the playoffs and have any chance of winning a post season game.
