If the Chicago Bulls are going to make the playoffs for a second straight time, they will need to win at home on a consistent basis. In search of their first winning streak in nearly a month, the Bulls (28-35) host Portland (20-42) on Tuesday (7:30 p.m. CT | WCIU/ESPN Radio 1000).

Chicago will try to take advantage of Portland's 6-25 road mark - the worst in the Western Conference - and build on a 95-90 victory at Atlanta on Saturday. Luol Deng led five players in double figures with 21 points.

The win enabled the Bulls to keep pace in the race for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. Entering Tuesday, Chicago is three games behind eighth-place Milwaukee.

While their road struggles have been well-documented, the Trail Blazers are coming off a 111-101 win at home over Pacific Division-leading Phoenix. The victory snapped a four-game slide that included three setbacks on the road.

Zach Randolph had 32 points and 14 rebounds and Steve Blake finished with 18 points and 13 assists for Portland, which has lost six straight on the road.

Randolph had 22 and 10 to lead the Blazers to a 96-93 victory in the first meeting with the Bulls on Nov. 16.

Complete and utter domination by the Bulls right now 93-55 in the fourth quarter. Ben Gordon has 22 on over 50% shooting from the field. Kirk Hinrich 60% shooting from the field 14 points. Mike Sweetney no playing time yet.
