He's expected to miss at least three more games with a sprained and bruised right foot. Salmons started for Iverson and surpassed his previous high of 22 points against Cleveland in 2004. Andre Iguodala had 19 points, with 13 coming on free throws. The Raptors had lost nine of 10 before beating Indiana on Sunday. They are 22-26 since a 1-15 start. The Sixers broke open a close game with a 13-0 run in the third quarter. Salmons started it with a driving layup and Webber finished with a jumper that gave Philadelphia an 81-70 lead. But the Raptors answered with their own run to take control of the game.
