<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Kobe Bryant hasn't been shooting the ball great or getting to the foul line as usual, so it's easy to herald the play of Lamar Odom or Luke Walton or Kwame Brown in the Lakers grabbing this big victory over Minnesota. Kevin Garnett, though, doesn't see Bryant play enough to overlook his contributions. Take the following praise as further hope that Garnett will broker a trade to the Lakers this summer, if you wish, but the bottom line is that K.G. respects the heck out of K.B. Garnett cited Bryant's 19 second-half points -- including the Lakers' final four -- and his unrelenting will at both ends of the floor after the Timberwolves lost: "He got into it defensively. He turned it up on the point guards and made it hard for them. He was the difference in the game. He came out with the tenacity to hit shots."</div> Source
Look another sign of Garnett just slowly slipping out of Minnesota's hands in to Mitch's. If Mitch pulls this off I officialy forgive him for the Shaq and Kwame trade.

I wish the Laker fans here (besides shape, KB8, and Laker_Fan) were a little more realistic and could realize that the only chance of Garnett going to LA is when he becomes a free agent, and that he will never go to LA through a trade.
