just wondering but would you guys trade Desaganas Diop for a Second Round Pick or Two or compensation or a vet?
Why would you want to trade Diop. He's a bargain at 6mil for 3 years. He's playing better than his contract's worth. I wish we had traded Van Horn's expiring contract for a better PF/C upgrade.
The last thing Dallas needs is more offence at the expense of defence. They're on the right track, trading a defensive/rebounding center for a scoring center is just plain silly.

He's been a defensive force since he was 16 when he patrolled the lane for Oakhill Academy but I don't think he could qualify for a D-1 school. I'd like to see Dallas keep this guy. The intangibles a shotblocker brings to a team and his potential to start a fastbreak can produce 20-25 points a game (points stopped, quick outlet for a layup).
