"He pulls me and Charlie (Villanueva) aside everyday," said Graham, who has averaged 11.3 points and 5.3 rebounds in his past three games. "Everytime when we come to the bench, when we don't really understand what Coach is trying to say, Darrick will relay the message to us in a way we can understand. Why not just make it a commitee? Lets make it a 12 man round table discussion. Having so many assistants only underminds the head coach, we don't need another.
We don't need him as an assistant coach, we can just keep resigning the guy to minimum contract until he retires.
