I want to see him play! The season's over, why not play him to see what he can bring us next season?

Is there a reason why he isn't getting played?? [IMG] [IMG]

Maybe the Magic don't plan on re-signing him.

My dad said he thought he saw him in a suit at the Utah game, so maybe he's on injured reserve right now.

Because he's nothing special. He's a guy that's going to sit on the far end of the bench for most, if not all, of his career. He's underdeveloped and raw on the offensive end and while a good defender, isn't good enough to justify getting playing time over our current players.

What was the reason he was included in the Francis deal, if we didn't want him?

The Penny deal would have gone through without Ariza.

Might as well get as much cheap players as possible. Adds to your trading power.

    Absolutely wrong [IMG]

Trevor Ariza could not have been traded for 60 days unless he was traded by himself, which would yield absolutely nothing in a deal [IMG]

We got him a day before the trade deadline. [IMG]

We can't trade him. This thread is about how he won't be re-signed. If we don't resign him, we can't trade him.

Uh... I don't remember implying that he be traded at the previous deadline. Possible sign and trade at off season maybe? Who knows. Nothing wrong with adding expiring contracts if they're not over the cap. Calm down.

He played some significant time in the last game, I think he has some minor injury personally.

You guys just don't get it. We got Trevor to use him. Sign and trade? Give me a break. His expiring contract is not worth anything at all to us. We'd have the same money if he wasn't included, at the end of the year.

Maybe the Magic don't him to play himself into a contract that they'd be unwilling to pay...

    Trevor did good today...

    10 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists

Hell yeah, that's what I'm talkin' about!

Um... was I arguing that he shouldn't have been traded to Orlando? I just said there was no harm in him being dealt to Orlando. And you argue that Orlando traded for him to use him. So whats the problem? I never said he shouldn't play, I was responding to Chuck cause he was saying what was the point of getting him if he isn't playing. And I said if he's not playing, then maybe he got traded for another reason. Enough with your attitude.

Sorry, jerks bring out the worst in me. [IMG]

ummmmm..................Mabe he is still used to playing with those Knick ball-hog guards and he can't remember how to actually receive a pass from the Magic point guards. I picture him in practice having the ball bounce off him repeatedly with him saying "Oh yeah, you guys ACTUALLY pass the ball, RIGHT".

Guys let's keep this clean. It's okay to debate a topic but if the personal attacks continue, I will lock this thread.
