Tim Duncan added 20 points and 13 rebounds but is averaging just 16.7 points and 6.3 rebounds in his last three road games. The Spurs have the No. 1 scoring defense in the league, allowing opponents just 88.4 points per game, and the Rockets have averaged 80.5 points in their two losses to the Spurs this season. San Antonio has won 11 of its last 13 meetings with Houston, which has struggled offensively without leading scorer Tracy McGrady. Its great to see that Yao is okay. By looking at his face a minute ago he looked like he was in severe paine. He just bumped knees with Nazr Mohammed. It was scary. If he went out for the rest of the season, we could have moved up to the 5-7th pick overall.
Swift tonight: 2-6 in 13 minutes and no rebounds. 1-4 from the field as well. Still gets in the highlights for a showboat dunk. And someone tell me why Hayes didn't play? No one was exceptionally good tonight, so it was no wonder we lost.
Yao had a very poor game, despite collecting a respectable 20 and 10. In addition to falling down quite a few times, he got dunked on by Duncan, and he also missed an easy dunk himself. The Spurs did a good job of fronting Yao, which essentially took him out of the game. When that happens, I don't see why the Rockets do not move him to the high post and take a few jumpshots. One good thing about the game is that it seems like the Rockets are driving to the basket more often. Hopefully, the Rockets can regroup against the Clippers and finally play a game worth watching.

I'ts quite obvious for me that he's hurting. I just hope that it's nothing serious, and he won't join the injury list again.
Yao getting dunked over by Tim Duncan is not that suprising, considering that 35-year old Finley drove and gave Yao a nasty facial last game against the Spurs. I think it is time to trash this season and think about the next one.
