Turnovers Giving Up Offensive Boards God i hope Mike's shooting is on tonight, because if it's not we may suffer an embarassing loss at home if this first quarter is anything to go by.
Second quarter was just as ugly. Still turning the ball over way too much, and even when we get it we can barely hit a shot. Hopefully something clicks in the second half.
Now that is more like it. We scored as much in that quarter as we had in the entire first half. Now to go on with it.
Ugly, ugly game, but we ended up with the W which is all that matters. That's 3 in a row, and we move to 37-29.
When the NCAA Tourny started to get ugly I turned this game on for a while, and Gasol was struggling from the field. I see that he nearly wound up with a triple double though. Wouldn't that be something, two triple doubles from Pau in one season? He's becoming that type of all-around player right before our eyes; kind of KG-esque. And is Battier a warrior or what? A lot of players would have just taken a seat on the sidelines after being hurt like that, but he came right back into the game. That's the kind of heart that'll earn him a spot on the Team USA roster.

I guess that comes from not having the luxury of NBA games on tv every day, so there's no chance to take it for granted. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting Voodoo Child:</div><div class="quote_post">He's becoming that type of all-around player right before our eyes; kind of KG-esque. </div> His passing is sublime, as is his attitude to sharing the ball. An assist makes two people happy." - Pau <div class="quote_poster">Quoting Voodoo Child:</div><div class="quote_post"> And is Battier a warrior or what? I usually see every one of their games, but you have to understand that I'm a college basketball fan too, and it's March. I think I can take a break from a Grizzlies/Jazz game for some March Madness.
Chill man, i'm not having a go. Just for me, if i had the chance you had, nothing takes precendence over the Grizzlies, NOTHING.

BTW/OT - I just bought tickets to tonight's game against the Pacers, four rows up...
