Look, as good as the Suns are they just can't play with the Spurs.... from Bruce getting in Marion's head to Horry and Gino playing perimeter D to Parker penetrating at will, Nazr and Rasho clogging the paint to at least make Amare think before he dunks...., also Tony Pizzle is one of the few guards that doesn't seem outfoxed by Nash.

Then in the finals, the Spurs have more true competitors on their team than Detroit and they're way better coached than them also, so I like them to repeat against Detroit. If it was 96 not 06 the physical brand would rule and Detroit would win, but in the skill dept Spurs rule.

I think Detroit is going to go all the way this year and not even the Spurs, who just SLOW the game down will stop them. However, I'm going to be cheering for the Suns and I'm sure they'll do a much better job this year than last and maybe even surprise everyone by getting into the Finals.

    My boys

The suns will win. They won games without amare and he back. When he is 100%, no one will stop them.

    West:
I HOPE: The Suns get it. Frankly I'm tired of the same team winning the NBA championship every year in the NBA. The Spurs have won THREE; they don't need anymore.

    MOST LIKELY: Spurs.

    East:
I HOPE: Miami Heat. Same with the west; I'm tired of the same teams. Heat have never been to a finals game so this would be something new.

    MOST LIKELY: Detroit.

Just 2005 finals all over again, with Spurs winning 4-2. Although I hope it's the Suns vs. Heat with the Suns taking it in 6 games....

I'm hoping for a Spurs-Miami match-up in the Finals too. I miss seeing Shaq and Tim Duncan go at eachother in the playoffs. What better way to play eachother than the NBA Finals.

Frankly the Pistons IMO are such a boring team. Not one of their players ever excites me. Now don't get me wrong. I think right now their the favorite to win the East, but I'm just saying.

My prediction on who'll win it? Can't go wrong with the Miami Heat. [IMG]
