Ok..Yesterday, i went to the Spurs-Rockets game... When i was sitting down.. I saw half as many spurs fans as the rockets fans while the **** game was in houston.. And this part got me upset.. Whenever tony parker made the shot, everyone was going crazy.. whenever yao made a shot.. people weren't being loud as the were for parker and duncan... I mean this is toyota center and the game is in houston... so where the houston fans at? Man it looked like the game was in San Antonio.. People were getting so happy cuz spurs won.. and when duncan did a dunk people went crazy.. when yao dunked people didnt do nething.. where's pur spirit yall. just bcuzz we aint going to the playoffs doesnt mean we do have to support our team nemore.. we'll be better next year.. but the fans we crap.. the were suppoting spurs more than rockets while the game was in houston!! Out of everybody...half of the people had a spurs jersey on while the other half had houstons.. This is crap.. If we play a game at home we r suppose to have support from our fans.. we cant let them support the other team.. thats like playing 82 games on road cuz we dont get support from ne where.. Cmon man u come to watch the game in houston which means u come to watch your home team.. u dont come to support the different team..
well i'm assuming most san antonio games are sold out so the die-hard fans drive down to houston where there are lots of empty seats and cheer their team on there.
Man but this was ashameful... Half of the peepz were like Go Spurs before the game. And i saw a person with a Spurs tattoo..
The Rockets aren't exactly the Texans, and when we aren't winning, you can't really expect a lot of die-hard fans at games. At least we have stronger supporters than Atlanta...
San-Antonio, Dallas and Houston are close to each other, i think it's the main reason. the second reason is- the Rockets are not giving the fans any good reasons to come and buy a ticket.
